Our order was completely messed up with brown sauce on everything by mistake, which the kids did not like and couldn't eat. When we called to inform them, we were offered an apology and told to let them know next time we came in so they could replace the items for free. However, when we went in tonight, the manager was grumpy and defensive about honoring this offer. He suggested that we should have driven a 20-mile round trip to return the items. After causing a scene in the shop with his argumentative behavior, he reluctantly gave us a discount on our new order. The food quality is average to below average, with small portion sizes and high prices compared to other places. Although there are limited options for chip shops in the area, I would not be in a hurry to order from here again.
