The service was absolutely shocking and quite frankly unacceptable. I don't recommend unless you are not all that hungry and have all day to wait.

In the time we were waiting for our order, I went to Dorado's and got a piece of fish for R60, came back, ate it in the car and then came back where my wife and children were still waiting. As a recommendation perhaps increase your staff over the festive season, uptrain staff on processing orders in sequence and as soon as they receive it, how to handle upset clients and communicate with management (which did not happen yesterday in any way) and lastly check your take away portion sizes. It was watery, had tons of fat in it and made me feel like throwing up. It literally had a disgusting taste and smell. The chicken wings were just the same. It had a weird smell. I was in the area from Durban and visited because of the good reviews. Not sure if those who put in these reviews were drunk but I will never visit this place again. Disgusting.
