We have been visiting this Restaurant on and off since 1992. Have always enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. We came back over the bank holiday weekend October 2022 having not visited since 2016. Was so looking forward to it but ended up being very dissapointed with the service and the food. The most delicious roast chicken and ham dinner I’ve had in a long time and at a very reasonable price HIGHLY recommended place to eat. However it closes at 1800 which I don’t understand as it’s when people would be looking for somewhere to eat

We stopped in on a rainy June evening for dinner Steak sandwich and Chicken curry between the table Both were great. Friendly staff friendly patrons good food Good drinks What’s not to like ? It seems odd to close by 6 pm but that’s probably me not knowing when things wind down in Schull. Definitely Worth the visit thanks

This pub is great for good food and a good beer. The Tempura Prawns and the Steak Sandwich were so delicious. The staff is lovely. 100% a really nice pub for lunch or just some drinks.

Fair prices for fresh food. Definitely worth a visit for high quality pub food. Service was great as well!

The food here was genuinely outstanding... chicken curry with half chips rice as good as anywhere Ive eaten. Superb friendly service also.
