We had a thoroughly enjoyable meal here in Chapters Restaurant. Between us the Chowder, Risotto, and Cod were tried and tested. We just about managed to fit in an Eton Mess for dessert. Some of the dishes are little on the pricier side but for an occasion out its definitely worth it. View all feedback.
Highly recommend, great atmosphere in the bar, staff very professional friendly. Loved the food, I got roast of the day, very impressive good portion. Fish chips fab too.
We have eaten here as well as in the Hotel Bar on a number of occasions in the past and always enjoyed it. When we ate on this occasion it was early on a Saturday evening and most folk were in the bar watching the Hurling so there was not a great deal of atmosphere but the food was very well cooked and very tasty and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The menu choice was reasonable and included really fresh seafood, for example, John Dory and Cod and Chips as well as pork and steak dishes. As we left the Hurling finished and the restaurant began to fill up really quickly! recommended!
The food was good, not excellent, with a limited variety. However, the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. The Guinness was also good.
The Sunday roast was lovely, with hot and plentiful portions. There were three large pieces of soft beef and the staff were friendly. The only downside was that there was no Yorkshire pudding available.
We recently stayed in the Schull Harbour Hotel and had the most amazing evening meal in Chapters Restaurant. We ordered the Cashel Blue Cheese Souffle and the Aubergine Parmigiane and Mushroom Risotto followed by some impressive desserts. All were simply delicious and actually exceptional flavours! The staff were really friendly and helpful and the restaurant is very stylish with lovely views out over Schull Habour. We will definitely be back and recommend this restaurant highly!
