My experience with Gatewaysmokehouse was excellent. We went on a cruise and went halibut fishing, and had a great time with a knowledgeable guide. Unfortunately, the fish we had shipped home arrived in bad condition. When I contacted Gatewaysmokehouse, they were very helpful and understanding. They offered to refund or send more fish.
