The Wendy's on Altamont Ave offers a mixed bag of experiences for diners. While some patrons enjoy a clean atmosphere and friendly service, complaints frequently highlight issues with order accuracy, food quality, and inconsistent staff behavior. Long wait times and rude encounters can overshadow the otherwise enjoyable meals, such as the praised mozzarella chicken and peppermint frosty. Many appreciate the morning staff's politeness, while afternoon visits often reveal a drop in service standards. Despite these inconsistencies, some customers express a willingness to return, hoping for an improved experience amid the various challenges faced.

Was Anonym at Wendy's a mag?
The food was enjoyable. I tried the new mozzarella chicken and the peppermint frosty, which has a very strong peppermint flavor. Overall, I'd rate the food a 4 out of 5. View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Wendy's:
I've visited the Wendy's on Altamont Ave four times recently, and each time the food has been disappointing. I hoped it would improve, but unfortunately, I was mistaken. Either the orders are consistently incorrect, or the food quality is poor. I would recommend steering clear of the Wendy's on Altamont Ave. View all feedback.

The service in the morning was excellent, but the afternoon experience was less impressive, particularly with the packaging. The same staff member from the morning shift handled my bag in the afternoon, and it appeared to be carelessly thrown together. The bag wasn’t handed to me neatly folded, and there was no “thank you.” However, the person who took my payment was much more pleasant. It felt like there was a shift in attitude between the morning and afternoon shifts. Despite this, I still think it’s a great place to eat, and I will definitely return and recommend it to others, despite the wrinkled bag.

We waited 20 minutes before we reached the order counter. When we placed our order, the man who took it was gruff and extremely rude. We moved to a window seat, and he snatched the money from my partner's hand. Is this really what our society has come to? Rude and disrespectful people? On a positive note, the food was quite good, earning a 4 out of 5.

Much better service than the wendys on rt7, but the shortened me a breakfast sandwich for which I was charged. rectified as I again thru drive thru
