This place is amazing! They were incredibly helpful during our school trip to Proctors. We placed an order to be prepared while we enjoyed the performance, and when we returned, everything was ready and perfectly done. They went above and beyond by picking up two slices of pizza for two students who requested it! Joey, Christina, Alyssa, and Kayla, you are all fantastic! Thank you from Mrs. Nelson's and Mrs. Butler's class at Granville Central School!
I have gone here with friends multiple times around 6:30 and despite saying subway is open, been refused service saying either the “service is down” or just “we arent open” even though subway should clearly be open and according to the hours on the website they are open. I think the staff members are just lazy because the doors are always open but the staff says it’s closed. If you really are closed please change the hours on your website so we can actually come and get food.
My whole experience was awful; workers were rude- tried to heat up a meat sub with my veggie patty at the same time (cross contamination??? , one worker yelling “I’m done” in the middle of serving a customer, and consistently both rolling their eyes but had the nerve to have a tip cup out?? (First subway I ever saw that at.. Additionally, I wasn’t notified they were only accepting cash not cards until after completely making my sub. They offered to hold it while I find an atm- I have thirty minutes for lunch break from school, I had to go back to class hungry instead. It seems to be a consistent problem that they won’t accept cards.
I really love Subway—don't get me wrong, the food is great. However, I had a disappointing experience at this particular location. The two women working there were incredibly rude, which made it difficult for me to remain calm. Normally, I'm very patient, but I was almost ready to walk out. I don't know their names, but if the manager happens to see this, my order ID is 6426011426797149.
