When I brought this up, the employee claimed they didn’t have any toast priced at $4. After checking the website myself, I confirmed it was indeed $4.75. When I pointed this out, I was met with excuses about price increases over the past six months and a supposed glitch on the site. I initially thought it might have been a simple mistake, but when I requested a refund, they said they couldn’t find any discrepancy in the pricing. I showed them the price on my phone, and the worker reluctantly agreed to give me the difference, but only slammed $2 down on the counter and hurried off to the back of the café. I told her I didn’t appreciate her attitude, since it’s not the customers' fault that the website was wrong, but she ignored me and didn’t respond. My coworker, who was with me, was equally appalled. I definitely won’t be returning.

I received my muffin right after a worker emptied the trash without washing their hands first. I ordered two small lattes to go, which took more than 10 minutes to prepare. Unfortunately, they ended up being mostly steamed milk with little coffee.

One particular woman, who has black hair and works in the kitchen, was notably rude. When I voiced my concerns about her demeanor, she mistakenly accused me of laughing and pointing at her, which was not the case—I assure you, as a 35-year-old man, I did no such thing. It’s evident that the management needs to reevaluate their staffing. I will certainly not be returning to this establishment.

I had to hurry and eat it before it melted all over my hands. It tasted great, but it was a bit too much for one serving. I wish they offered different sizes, and a waffle cone or bowl would have been a better option.

The woman who took our order and served our food at the outdoor table was incredibly nice and accommodating, even allowing the toddlers to share a smoothie and a muffin.
