The service is amazing and the only staff I saw was awesome going from customers dining in to customers on the phone. Checked in on us often after dealing with horrible customer service and management at Denny's Notts location. We left and were properly served for a better price at Mcafe.
The breakfast and drinks I have had are awesome! The omelets are the best. But can't say the same of my Chicken Udon. Very fishy in taste and dry sauce-wise. Additionally, the seaweed wrap topping wouldn't be my preference. Each their own. All else I've had have been the best in Schenectady. Their breakfast options and drinks are a solid yes thus far.
