I ordered a simple decaf iced peppermint mocha latte but received a lukewarm hot drink with caffeine instead. This has happened twice now, and the staff doesn’t seem to listen or get orders right.

They don’t listen and their rude … always messing up my order and when I ask for it to be fixed they get an attitude telling me that’s how it is … I won’t be back . Dunkin’s too expensive to just keep wasting

The drive-thru staff was quite rude, almost unpleasant, although the woman at the window had a slightly better attitude. My husband and I stopped by while heading to a car dealership, and he ordered a simple medium hot coffee with 2 creams and 1 sugar. Unfortunately, it was lukewarm and honestly tasted like coffee-flavored water—it was terrible. I would have preferred gas station coffee, which would have been both cheaper and better. On a positive note, my muffin was good, and my iced coffee was decent.

I ordered a coffee that cost $3.77 and I handed the cashier $3.80. I'm not sure what happened, but somehow I ended up missing a dollar, and the cashier tried to say I didn't give him enough money. I counted my cash three times before handing it over! He had $2 in his register along with my change, so I don’t know if he accidentally dropped my dollar or what. I've never had an issue at Dunkin' and I frequent other locations often. I will absolutely never return to this one. It's unacceptable for someone to take a dollar from a customer and not even bother to search for it after clearly making a mistake. The customer service was horrendous, and the staff member didn’t seem to care at all.
