This place is busy! heavier traffic flow. surprised as they only have a few workers at a time. but these workers work hard! regina is very friendly and warming. a great advantage for this dunkin donuts. more places need a regina work there! very friendly and the place is very clean!
I waited in line for 20 minutes at this business establishment for a medium coffee with cream, a Boston cream donut, and an apple fritter. I had to speak up when I finally got to the counter because I was the only customer there, aside from the drive-through which was not busy at all. Is this considered acceptable customer service? I have been in charge of various establishments for years and have never encountered such a negative experience.
Not overcrowded, nice lady, sharp vanilla chai. there was a delay for the checkout, but fortunately it was shortlived!
This restaurant is always bustling with customers, despite having only a few employees working at a time. The staff members, including Regina, work hard and are very friendly. Regina is particularly welcoming and a great asset to Dunkin Donuts. Her presence makes the place feel clean and inviting. More restaurants should have employees like her.
