What Eugenio T doesn't like about Il Dragone:
The pinsa as eaten in this place is substantially identical to the bagged one taken from the supermarket, stuffed and heated in the oven at home. But this is not the drama: the inconceivable thing is waiting 50 minutes to be served (2 pinses) even though there was no order being prepared before ours.
