Situated in the DeSoto Hotel, the experience was quite disappointing. The bartender had low energy and there was limited flexibility for customizing dishes beyond the menu. Overall, the experience was just average at best. Service rating: 3/5.
The food was excellent and didn't need any additional seasoning. Although there was a long wait, it was definitely worth it in the end. Food: 5/5
