The ice cream is delicious and it's entertaining to watch them prepare it. The restaurant is usually quite crowded, so the service can be a bit slow. However, it is still worth visiting.
The experience would've been better if the person at the cashier weren't eyeing me up and down and had an attitude. As I was waiting for the drink, she kept staring at me like she was waiting for me to leave. I felt very uncomfortable.
Our orders took well over 20 minutes for 3 basic, off menu drinks. on top of that my drink was wrong and came out after 4 other peoples orders who were after us.

Went in at 5:55pm when they close at 7pm. Let us stand there and read over a menu with my 3 year old and then told us they were closing and couldn’t make us anything. Wouldn’t make one ice cream an hour before close for a child and he screamed cried the way out the door. Been a customer since it first opened its first location. Will never go again.
