I didnt care for the sushi. Not just the combinations in the rolls, but the fish itself. It was just kind of bland. I never had that experience of biting into something delicious, and didnt finish anything I ordered. My husband loved the soba noodles though. Nice service and ambiance. Wouldnt go back View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sushi Ran:
omakase and sadly the experience of the whole evening was brought out at once on a single teller instead of on one of one. it was as if we had ordered the takeover. sushi on this level should arrive slowly, and fresh from the hands of the cook. a $400 night for two should not feel that way. very disappointed. Sushi Ran is one of my favorite restaurants for sushi in the Bay Area. They have unique flavor combinations. Make sure you ask yourself about this off menu roll, the Creamy Scallop (picture left). Your service is also fast and friendly. However, prices are higher. That said dogs are allowed when you sit outside and their heat lamps are strong! Street parking was not a problem. I recommend you try Sushi Ran!
9/10 17:00-6:00, I, child and woman. Food quality was very good overall. Less quantity with higher price. But I and my child had diarrhea this night. I have no super clear evidence that Sushi caused the diarrhea of my and child, that was for the first time Sushi meal caused problem for me and my daughter. What I ate little, but my wife wasn't from dinner was just Saba, King Salmon Sushi here. For many others, including other sushi and dessert afterwards, we shared with all 3 people.
Overpriced for the amount and for the quality. A chef sushi plate, the 6 nigiri 5 pieces maki is near $70. Personally, I also find that they use too much Shiiso in their sushi and the Shiso leaf exaggerates everything else. There are better sushi spots in SF at similar price points
Beautiful sushi spot in Sausalito with a wide selection of appetizers, Nitriri sushi and roles. Friendly staff and many outdoor seating. Have you been worth a visit? re a sushi lover in Sausalito!
Loved this place. The premium sashimi just melts in your mouth. Dessert was delicious. Not too sweet. Service was excellent. Reservations recommended. Will definitely come back again!
