Amazing views right off the water. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Food and drinks were amazing!! We had the garlic fries and brussel sprouts. Variety of beers that come in 0.5L pours cocktails/wines. Quick service awesome atmosphere. Canbe hard to find a spot to sit outside when it's busy but sitting inside would be just as nice.

I had a wonderful experience at Joinery. We used a voucher for complimentary drinks from our bike rental, which was a nice touch. The chicken dish was outstanding, and the beer was top-notch. I highly recommend this place! The prices are also very appealing.

Joinery is a fantastic spot to enjoy the docks and bay, located just far enough from downtown Sausalito to avoid the crowds, yet still within walking distance. We visited on a Saturday (9/17) around noon. It wasn’t busy when we arrived, but by the time we left, there was a line outside. I ordered the Porchetta Sandwich along with a dark beer called Death and Taxes—who could resist that name? My son had the Grilled Cheese Sandwich, and we shared sides of french fries and Brussels sprouts. Everything was tasty—not mind-blowing, but exactly what you want these days. The Brussels sprouts were especially good, which is saying something since people usually either love or hate them—I’m definitely in the love camp. Normally, this would merit a solid 4-star rating, but our waitress made all the difference. She was incredibly friendly, smiling brightly and very hospitable when she brought our food. Later, seeing me struggle to take a selfie with my son capturing the food and view, she kindly offered to take the photo for us—and it turned out perfect. I wish I caught her name, but a huge thanks to our lovely waitress with long dark hair and a big welcoming smile who elevated our experience from 4 to 5 stars! Joinery is definitely a must-visit for great food, drinks, a relaxing atmosphere, and stunning views—truly sitting on the dock of the bay.

After biking across the Golden Gate Bridge, we stopped here to recharge, and it was the perfect choice. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich with fries and a Hazy IPA. The sandwich was massive, featuring a generous piece of fried chicken and plenty of fresh spinach—almost like having a side salad right inside! The fries were excellent, and the Hazy IPA was equally impressive. If you sit outside, you can enjoy beautiful views of the water. A fantastic spot overall!
