That was my first visit. I had the opportunity to eat in many fine restaurants in the usa and internationally. at the opportunity everything comes together for a wonderful meal. that was one of those times. perhaps the best meal I had. the dishes were simple, not complicated and very well prepared. the lasagna and gnocchi were light. the speck and prosciutto appetizer was excellent. the staff was very helpful with my limited Italian. my Italian dinning partner did not have to translate with the efforts of the staff to help me understand the courts. the opposite is beautiful, the city picturesque, all have added an experience that I definitely try to duplicate several times during my time in italia.
II think it one of the best restaurants in Carnia (Friuli V. G and, in Italy. I have been over 15 years ago for work. The Prosciutto, Speck and Lardo of Sauris are delicious. The first courses are tasty and, if I can suggest, it...is better follow Msr Franca who can propose you the best dishes of the day. I also suggest the home’s wine (Vino della casa). Ask for the second courses: you’ll taste the best dishes of Italy (so of the world). You have to go there.
