Fr... read more On my yearly trips to Italy this has always been for 16 years a must and can't wait to return and experience again' restaurant that is worth my 2 hour drive. Franca and her family, daughter, Elena, always welcoming, warm, friendly and professional. The food...is excellent, fresh and delicious, from their mixed local speck starter, wonderful homemade primi' especially the tris, a sampling of three pasta type dish, the secondi' are wonderful like the cervo Vegetables fresh from their garden and finishing with a great variety of deserts, all made on premises. The area is so beautiful but your experience at Alla Pace makes for a perfect visit. Elizabeth from Canada

Unfortunately I can't give my opinion about the food which I believe should be good due to other reviews! My husband and I arrived eagerly but...got disappointed a) we didn't get greeted apon arrival, walked toward a gentleman working behind a counter to get told no go talk with the lady and b) got told by the lady'.... we don't have space ..just found both of them plain old rude, wouldn't want to eat after service like that! Anyway...ended up at a restaurant called Maanja...highly recommended modern restaurant over looking the lake (incredible view)...not on trip advisor but highly recommended! I'm sorry, but good service is very important for me!!!! Disappointment!
