Best donuts ever. They are definitely a special treat. I love that they now have a drive thru in Saugus.
I was waiting patiently in line, excited to get my hands on a delicious strawberry frosted donut. But as I was waiting in line, an inconsiderate couple cut in front of me and took the last strawberry frosted donut just as I was placing my order. It was a disappointing moment.Thankfully, Josh came to my rescue and offered to whip up a custom donut by generously slathering some of that delicious strawberry frosting onto a honey-glazed donut. The resulting creation was nothing short of heavenly – the perfect combination of fluffy, sweet goodness. And to top it off, Josh even went the extra mile and personally checked that my iced coffee was up to par before I left. Talk about stellar customer service!Aside from the inconsiderate couple, everything was fantastic. The donut and iced coffee were top-notch. And Josh? Well, he's a donut wizard, a coffee king, and an all-around hero.Overall, I would highly recommend Kane's Donuts in Saugus for anyone looking for delicious treats and impeccable customer service. Just watch out for those pesky line cutters, they might snatch up your favorite donut before you even have a chance!
