Was Corinna Valenti at Dunkin' a mag?
What are the chances? Two cars in the same drive-thru, on the same day, with the same name! I'm still chuckling about it days later. I can totally understand the mix-up with the order ahead service—it’s just too funny! View all feedback.

Food is usually ok, probably 50%of the time, its depending on who's working. Service is usually great. A few nights a week some of the workers are terrible. Friday nights the Girls are great. Atmosphere is usually decent, most of the employees are great. There's only 1-2 who arent... Wish they would teach all the managers how to help with the dunkin app/ rewards... no one knows anything... View all feedback.
This dunkin is usually on point, but the past couple of times I have been here they have fallen short. I had ordered an iced coffee and a donut via mobile app. When I had arrived there was no one in there, but one employee was caught up in conversation with a friend. I waited 10 minutes to get my stuff. When I had received my coffee there was no sugar in it, even though there was supposed to be. I had brought my coffee back to tell them there wasn't any in there and they took it back to put some sugar in my coffee. When I got it back, there was barely any sugar in it at all. I think I'll reconsider coming back to this location in the future.
Always great! I pre-order my drink and it’s always ready by the time I get to this Dunkin’.
The store in Saugus/Lynn is always the cleanest and friendliest.
