Ahmed was very personable and attentive. When we thanked him for his great service and asked for his name so we could give him the recognition he deserved, he humbly said it wasn’t necessary—he just wanted to come back and thank us more than anything. He also gave credit to the rest of his team, which was really impressive!

The food was hot and delicious, and the woman behind the counter was friendly. The area was very clean, though I had to request that the tables be wiped down. In our COVID-conscious world, restaurants should prioritize cleanliness after guests leave. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience. View all feedback.
For years, I have a wendy’s. I used to be a fan and wanted to try this place, as I was on the way. the good news was that eating had not changed at all. still basic, but quite edible, fast eating. the bad news was the service. a tree trunk would have more personality and human ability than the young lady who served me. sullen and mumbling and the world she has to work with a wendy’s. when the ridiculous new drinkers unburned me, the only worker who helped me was a chap that interrupted his lunch break in the dining room. it could take many years until I feel the need for another visit to wendys.
So bad!This morning they made a big mistake. I bought 4 gift cards for my son’s teachers. Each one is 20. But there is one card empty another one is 40. If I didn’t find the mistake,I couldn’t imagine what happen. The staff and manager didn’t say sorry to me. I have to complain that. I understand that mistake ,but I can’t understand they didn’t apologize to me.
Not only did they get my order wrong, they got the two people ahead of me and one person that came inside from drive thrus orders all wrong as well. I didn't customize anything on my order and yet I got the wrong drink, wrong size fries and my baconator only came with one patty instead of two. I strongly recommend that if anybody is going to visit this location check your meals after receiving them cause it's most likely wrong
Sent my partner to go through their drive thru for lunch ordered a bacon deluxe combo and a kids cheeseburger meal adding tomato and lettuce onto the kids burger so my child had a little more nutrition rather than just Ketchup and cheese, got the food home and opened it up to realize the whole order was messed up, no bacon on my BACON deluxe burger (it's literally in the name) and to top it off no lettuce or tomato added on to my sons burger. Very disappointed in the service and quality of the food it seemed as if it was just carelessly put together. I called and they did give a gift card for this experience, but when I went into to pick it up the manager was quite rude with her body language asked for my name and had nothing to say no apology nothing. I've had bad experiences with this place in the past but this absolutely did it in for me.
Attn: Owner/Manager, I went through your drive-thu around 3pm on Tues Sept 20 2022 and was served by one of the rudest young women I 've ever encountered in retail. I asked for some ketchup when I got to the window and paid. No Thank you. No Have a nice day. And no ketchup! So I went through again to get ketchup. Her again. Her worst mistake? Not even an attempt at an apology! Just a look on her face like I was her worst enemy. NOT impressed! And to the drive-through employee: No customers, no job! Smarten up!
