When I called the restaurant, the staff member suggested, "next time..." I interrupted her because what do you mean next time? This was dinner for tonight! I asked her if my daughter was supposed to go without supper because of their mistake, and her response was, "yeah, sorry." Excuse me? Then she put me on hold for twelve minutes, only to come back and insist, "We made that order; we know we packed seven foot longs in that bag." I couldn't believe it—am I being accused of lying over a sandwich? After much back and forth and arguing, we finally received that seventh sub, and my daughter was able to eat nearly an hour after we placed the order. We even had to go pick it up ourselves. If you’re considering visiting this location, just don’t. There’s another one down the street in Fairhaven. Avoid ordering online from here; they clearly can’t handle it.

I was using the restroom, which required a key to access, when the staff member started to open the door for another customer without knocking. Despite me calling out that someone was inside, they proceeded to open the door, leaving me feeling exposed and violated.

We ordered the #5 chicken ranch. While the menu specifies the ingredients, I still have to request the individual cheeses and vegetables. If I wanted to modify the listed ingredients, I would mention it. Otherwise, it would be helpful if they just asked about the type of bread and whether I want it toasted.

Stopped in for a breakfast sandwich. No more sausage. Discontinued. My husband doesn't like sliced ham. Doesn't like cold cuts. There was no one there.
