Hakka Express offers a diverse menu of flavorful Indo-Chinese dishes known for generous portions and great value, with many praising their fresh, well-prepared meals like beef manchow soup, momos, and chicken fried rice. The restaurant accommodates dietary preferences, including halal and vegetarian options. Friendly and professional service, both in-person and for online orders with free delivery, enhances the dining experience. While some find the spice levels or oiliness a bit strong, and occasionally note cramped seating or inconsistent service at the front, overall, Hakka Express remains a top choice for satisfying, affordable meals in Saskatoon.
Ordered Chicken Fried Rice and Veg Momos earlier this week. The prices are reasonable for the quantity of food we get compared to other Indian restaurants in the city. The food tasted good too. They also gave me 2 Laddoos for Diwali nice gesture!
The sweet and sour soup are great, the Momo's also are delicious.i had taken chicken Momo's and chicken hot and sour soup and it was good. The chilly beef gravy was tasty
Savour the delicious chicken lollipop with amazing presentation makes me crave even more. Their lemonade drink is getting me high on food. Where else can we get food so cheap and tasty. I know my picture screams YUMMY. ?
This restaurant offers a great selection of Indo-Chinese dishes. The food we ordered was well-prepared and delicious. After placing our online order, the chef called to let us know that one of the dishes we requested was unavailable. She was very professional and helped us choose a different option enthusiastically. The delivery was free, and the driver was courteous and professional. I highly recommend this restaurant for both the quality and quantity of their food.
I came across numerous positive reviews about Hakka Express online, and it certainly lived up to the hype! The beef manchow soup was rich and comforting, with deep umami flavors that really shone through. I could also taste the sweet hints of a variety of vegetables. The soup was accompanied by crispy noodles, and you can adjust the spiciness to your liking. The owner was very friendly and patiently explained the dishes to me. She even generously packed me an extra portion since they prepare large quantities. I don’t recall the exact price, but it was definitely under 15 CAD, making it a satisfying and great value meal! Plus, Hakka Express offers halal food and has a wide range of vegetarian options as well.
