They had refused to sell me and my mom a lottery ticket when we had let them know we had our ID. Their reasoning was that we were going to buy it for my cousin who didn’t have her ID but she excepted they wouldn’t sell it to her and left, they refused to sell it to us because of that even tho I came in the store way before my mom and cousin and didn’t even know what was going on

He does not complete the... read more Morning after morning the man at till will try to overcharge you on the 3 for 7 energy drinks when you put in your 7-11 rewards number. He does not complete the transaction properly and will tell you it costs more now. Just go to a different location. Don't have your money stolen

One s... read more Once the day shift ends and the manager leaves, this place falls apart. A couple of weeks ago, I visited in the evening when there were 13 people in line. One staff member was at the register, while the other two seemed to be aimlessly wandering about, not engaging in any meaningful tasks. I, along with two others, ended up leaving without making a purchase. I really wish the manager or owner would stick around past 5 PM to demonstrate how the store should be run in their absence.
