They did not pay attention to their customers, ignored us at t... read more I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They did not pay attention to their customers, ignored us at the drive-thru menu board, and became angry when we asked for assistance. After paying, they rudely told us to move forward, showing they only cared about their drive-thru times. Our order was incorrect and they blamed us for their mistake. The food was cold and unappetizing. Overall, this restaurant has really gone downhill. I recommend going elsewhere and not wasting your time or money here. I wish I could give them a negative rating, but I'll have to settle for a one-star review.

Mmmmm. I should have known better; it was lunchtime at 12:15 PM in a busy area, and I was the only car in the drive-thru, with just one other vehicle parked and eating in. There are plenty of other options out there, and I won't be coming back to Hardee's again.
