I have always had a pleasant experience at this particular location. My food is always ready, fresh, hot and just as I ordered it! I am always greeted with friendly, smiling employees. What Sprite Nox doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
Update as of 7/28/22: Nothing has changed. Domino's will not deliver to locations less than 3 miles away, but will go 5 miles to deliver to the next town. Disappointed that the delivery area has changed. We are only 2.7 miles away. Picking up is not always feasible. The staff was impressive, working together as a great team tonight. The pizza could have been cooked a little longer, but overall, it wasn't too bad. View all feedback.
Had an online order. I wanted to pick up the order, but I asked to add 2 more items, was said it would be ready in 10 minutes and I went back to get the order and it was never started and they did not try to correct it, so I asked for a refund and left

I get chicken with every order,something was wrong with the chicken,it was tiny,hard and cold. I was looking forward to eating it when I got home. I do think whoever made it,should of looked at it first,and not send it out.

I have been calling Domino’s (Saraland) for the past 45 minutes to place an order. Someone pickup once and hung up. I have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone again. This is poor customer service. Since you don’t want my business I will definitely take it somewhere else. I will be so glad when Papa John’s opens.
