Today they went beyond and beyond with their customer service. I needed 2 cherry limes that were made low on syrup because of the machine. They did not only renew my drinks, but also tried to give me a refund that I courteously rejected. I didn't try to get something free, what I wanted was my cherry kalkerei. I wish only once you order a malt and say you want it to taste malty and make it with vanilla ice cream and a little choc. Not very chic. But malty.. but it has no and it's just a shake and you ask her and they say it's a malt.. it was milky liquidy.. not good. they must make a good malt.

We love Braums, they have the best ice cream. And they also have good food. We live in California, but we have family in Oklahoma and Texas. Whenever we visit, we always make sure to go to Braums!
We love it! Especially the Fry's are soooo good!!
