I went to use a coupon I've literally used there before (I had three, and this was my last one), and they said it couldn't be redeemed at this location. After denying my coupon, I went inside after being rushed to pay for my food in the drive through and was told it could be redeemed at ANY location by their own staff. When I requested a refund, they said since it was paid for already they couldn't do that... when that's literally the entire point and concept of a refund. Very disappointed with this stores service and their response to the matter. Please chose a better and more equipped location with properly trained staff!
