I don?t know why I keep coming back. They are always ?out? of items or claim items are broken. But really just lazy management. There is one lady, Jesenia that just seems to go out of her way to make the experience morefrustrating than necessary. I?ll have to drive to 2nd street if I need Chipotle again.

Asked for a salad and the rice that usually comes on it and she said it would be extra one or the other. Asked for a little more chicken and she said Ican give you this much before it's double. This much was like 4 tiny pieces!! Asked for two salad dressings cause they're neverfilled up and she just stared at it for a min. I said never mind ill go to my chipotle, and as i left she said its the sameeverywhere. I let her know it's not! No need to say which other ones I go to, the point is the service. Lucky I didn't get hername. After all it's customer service and customers are why they have a paycheck. Prices don't matter but the service does. Iwill NEVER go to that one again.

EPIC FAILURE. I can't even get my moneyback. Do not order online ever! Because they refuse to make their mistake right, I will not go there again. They need to give memy money back and reimburse me for my time and gas and the time it took to make something for dinner.
