Horrible customer service. For people to spend their money it was a bad experience so I didn't buy it. Asked for a salad and the rice that usually comes on it and she said it would be extra one or the other. Asked for a little more chicken and she said Ican give you this much before it's double. This much was like 4 tiny pieces!! Asked for two salad dressings cause they're neverfilled up and she just stared at it for a min. I said never mind ill go to my chipotle, and as i left she said its the sameeverywhere. I let her know it's not! No need to say which other ones I go to, the point is the service. Lucky I didn't get hername. After all it's customer service and customers are why they have a paycheck. Prices don't matter but the service does. Iwill NEVER go to that one again.
The service and quality fluctuates quite a bit at this location. The Guac can taste wildly different from each visit. Sometimes it?s completely bland with no salt but other times it?s perfect.
