I asked for breakfast in the room two coffees with milk and toasts... I got what they wanted. I call the reception desk and the waiter who returned the call an unpresentable person and almost disrespected me. You can't consent to a hotel in that category. I've already read very bad views from the cafeteria but I didn't believe it. But all they said was true and more. the cleanliness of the room was quite scarce... there was even a piece of glass on the floor... but the price if they put it... especially the breakfast a true shame

I recommend this hotel because its location is the best of santander and the beds are good.
