Seemed like he was annoyed that we arrived early and then annoyed at another couple that they arrived late. The female server was great and charming

It hasn't the best location but this place offers very good food, fast and friendly service and a great atmosphere. You can go there either to have only a drink or to have a very tasty meal. It is quite often full of locals. If you are looking for a nice place to eat (or just for a drink or coffee) a bit outside the Santander city center, you should try this one.
