Panda Express - Santa Monica

Avoid this location!!! Very poor servings at this joint, they will literally give you 50% less protein compared to others and even the side is minimal little portions here. The manager of the store is very rude with customers and employees as well. So find another better served location if you want to enjoy your meal. Not recommended at all!! Waste of money..

The restaurant is extraordinary and roomy, the menu was yummy and the rates were very affordable. quickly, efficient service and very personal staff members. I recommend this place.

I don't know who the management is of this location, but they don't seem interested in making money and serving their customers. Several times I have stopped by with about 30 minutes before closing . In every case they don't have food. Tonight I stopped by late because I got off work late I got to this location about 30 minute before closing and they didn't have anything: no White rice, Fried rice, noodles, not to mention 90% of the entre items were not available. First of all if you have lots of customers arriving later, maybe consider staying open later. But forget that for a minute, if you have 20 to 30 minutes before closing, organize the food so you can still offer dinner. Maybe not have all the entrees available but maybe have 3 and at least one of the 3 side White Rice, Fried Rice or noodles. Instead, customers in the store were warning people who were getting in line, to see if they like anything that they have to offer. All you saw were empty trays in water ........very bad and I dreed coming to this location because they just don't seem to care. Very Disappointing as I like their food.

Panda Express is exactly the reason why I prefer to get my food in person rather than ordering online. I ordered a bowl, very simple, all I asked for was a 1/2 serving of rice with beef and broccoli. Well, what I got was 1/2 serving of beef broccoli and rice. The broccoli was half pale green and half yellow and the beef was dry. So I'm assuming they gave me what was left in the bottom of the pan before they put the fresh batch out. Very disappointing for me because I have been sick for a few months and today was one of those days where I felt like I could finally eat something that I love and miss; I wanted Panda but they did me dirty y'all, they did me dirty.??

The Mexican food place next door is delicious ? a must try if you love Mexican food, plus they have an incredible bakery too!! 5
