Food was pretty good but service was lacking. Staff seemed confused with our orders and checks, and I didnât like it when my server asked me if I wanted salad as a side with my sandwich without telling me itâs extra. Food wasnât good enough to make up for the service, so I donât think Iâll come back View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Massilia:
Minimally staffed. No one at the door. Just one dude at the bar who did not greet or say a word. I had to ask how to order. Definitely overpriced if you get ZERO service. You get your own bottle of water and cups for the table fine. You have to order at the counter anytime you want something. Want a second cocktail? Get up and go order it. Want another entree? get up and go get it. No waiter comes around to check in.... View all feedback.
Eating came a little late, but unlike that it was great. I guess they could be a little understated as many people leave their jobs after the pandemic began (speculation on my side.)
Large spicy wings and delicious pizza. only improvement could be service. the waiter never checked us after eating, so we didn't have the opportunity to order more drinks. a kerl also tried to bring us food that we did not order. was also not a busy night
Great food, great service and cozy seating in the open. very recommended and will definitely come back!
That's our second time here, and we'll be back for more. eating is very good, the waiting staff is very nice, appealing and helpful and the interieur has a nice mood. strange, as this is a bit of an upscale French-Italian restaurant, is one of my favourite dishes of the French Frey Appetizer. nothing special except thin, perfectly fried and salted fry. unless they are a lover of fat steak riders, they are not to be missed. this last time we had the Prosciutto pizza for our meal where the prosciutto was prominent and not overcooked. I could do with less greens they put on the pizza (they could make an salat with the amount that is there), but the real stars of the show are the sose and the crust. the sauce is light, but tasty and not sour, and the crust, well, I could munch all day over it. for dessert we had the vanilla purple with coffee that you can pour over. I'm not a coffee maze, so I took some gelato before pouring. it was perhaps the best gelato I tried and I wanted more. my daughter, who loves coffee, enjoyed the whole court. we also had the chocolate mousses we almost didn't like so much. it was a little bit of a ride and had a light taste. the gelato was the clear winner between the two.
We had such a pleasant time. The food was great, the ambiance was lovely. Loved it!
