What User likes about Red Sage:
I visited the restaurant 40 minutes before closing and enjoyed a bottle of wine along with two ribeye steaks and Brussels sprouts as an appetizer. The steaks were cooked to a perfect medium rare and were very flavorful. The potatoes were excellent, and the added asparagus was just right—not too thick. I find all the negative reviews of this place to be completely unfounded. View all feedback.

The food was great, but the service was lacking. We had to request water and bread multiple times, and our request for extra sauce for the ribeye—two in total—was completely overlooked until we had finished our meals. Our inattentive waiter seemed more focused on the nearby table, which had a large drink order. It felt as though if you were just looking for a regular dining experience, you didn’t matter as much.
