Diners rave about the light, crispy dosas and standout dishes like Lamb Keema and vegetable curry. The inviting atmosphere, complemented by chic decor and friendly service, enhances the dining experience. However, prices are on the higher side, with dosas starting at $10. Whether you’re a vegan seeking diverse options or a curry aficionado, Paper Dosa is a must-visit for an enjoyable and creative culinary adventure.
This restaurant in Santa Fe is a wonderful change of pace. The food is excellent and authentic, with incredible dosas and curries. The atmosphere is cozy, and I especially love the patio. The service is top-notch. I recommend trying the Lamb Keema Paper Dosa, Passion Fruit Custard, and Lamb Keema Dosa. Overall, a great spot for dinner with prices ranging from $20-30 per person.
The food and service were excellent at this restaurant. It was a refreshing change from the usual Southwestern and Mexican fare in Santa Fe. The dining experience was for dinner, with a price range of $30-50 per person. I rated the food a 5 out of 5, the service a 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 4 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Lamb Keema and Paper Dosa dishes.
Was pretty disappointed... food did not live up to the hype. Lamb keema dosa: keema was missing flavor. It could have used way more onion and some ginger. Too pasty. Mushroom uttapam was cool concept but mushrooms were overcooked/burnt. Sambar was also missing flavor and spice. Corn soup: corn was roasted nicely but other than one curry leaf... there was no desi flavor. That soup should have been boiled with curry leaf and way more mustard seed and some kind of delicious tadka. Didn't even taste the coconut. Nice staff and decor... but not worth the 30min wait! I love fusion food but not if you sacrifice Indian flavor!! How can you miss flavor with Indian and New Mexican cuisines??

This restaurant offers the best Indian food experience we've had outside of India. The staff is excellent and the menu is absolutely fantastic. The cuisine is South Indian, so everything is fresh and bursting with flavor. The mushroom uttapam is a standout dish that you must try. We also enjoyed the curries and the soup was delicious. Be sure to make reservations as it's always crowded. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5.
