Server was very slow to take our order and bring food out. People that showed up after us were getting food before us. That was the only issue, so over all not bad.

Our order was missing a few dishes, and the food we did receive was a bit cold. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken and waffle, which was just okay. The chicken tenders were fried a bit too hard, and the bacon was thin with an unusual sweet taste. The hash browns were bland and undercooked. However, the pancakes and waffles were really delicious. I would appreciate having a choice of syrups again. Unfortunately, the coffee served to us in a kettle wasn't hot.

I waited 30 minutes before I walked over to... read more Placed an order online since I was staying at the hotel next door and wanted breakfast, but didn't want to dine in. I waited 30 minutes before I walked over to pickup my food which still wasn't ready. I watched a long line going back to the table areasince they only have one register for people to pay. It was absolutely ridiculous! I sat there after checking in to pick up myorder for another 40 minutes! I would've left, but I'd already paid via online when my order was placed. The steak tips withonions, hash browns, eggs with cheese birthday pancakes were mediocre. The medium well steak was tough, the fat hadn't beenrendered down and was gross. The meat wasn't seasoned at all and I ended up eating the has browns, a bit of the eggs apancake. I was so disappointed that I have no plans to return. I wasn't expecting a gourmet steak breakfast, don't get mewrong, but how do you screw up the cook and flavor of steak tips? I wasted my money that day

After eating it was cold and snowy outside and my 2 older daughters had my grand- babies with them. Oneof the employees let us out the emergency door to be right by our vehicles. Thank you! Would recommend if you want greatservice, clean environment, and fresh food go to Santa Fe's IHop.
