we enjoyed the braided short rib garnel the garnels. one I miss from years of celebration of special occasions in the corn maiden are the delicious homemade blue mais muffins and roasted focaccia brot. both meals were served hot and plentiful portions, although enough space for incredibly small portion desserts. after we left, my server went out of the way to find me and return my credit card that I left behind. that... The service could use some improvement. The staff could benefit from additional training on essential tasks like opening wine bottles, clearing used utensils and dishes, and keeping track of which table the food is delivered to. Considering the prices, I expected a higher level of service.
Beautiful ambiance. Excellent service. The food was impeccable. I just wish the white wine had been served colder, as it was a bit warm. Otherwise, everything was fantastic.
We are thrilled that this restaurant has survived and reopened after the quarantine. The food, service, and ambiance are just as excellent as they were before!
The food was so good that we went back the second day. Don’t come to the Hyatt without visiting Corn Maiden, you will be missing out. The waitress, Vanya, was nice, attentive, and knowledgeable. This place is a gem in the desert.
Food was amazing. The corn bisque and the charred corn jalapeño margarita was die for. This place is a must visit when coming here.
