Usually in the mass tourism centers, the "strategically located" restaurants and cafes (lake- or sea view, etc) are not the best ones. Family of 3 ignored due to a big party coming in! Had to go without our lunch as we waited so long to be served and we had to get back on our coach hungry with an 11 year old. We were here well before the big party arrived but as soon as they got here it was all eyes on them. Lovely view but service totally lacking! Sort it out. Personal service is all. Very surprised at our treatment. Shame on you. View all feedback.
