As a former general manager, I can confidently say that this location and its leadership are seriously lacking in the 13 key characteristics necessary for succe... read more As a former general manager, I can confidently say that this location and its leadership are seriously lacking in the 13 key characteristics necessary for success. There is no effective peak deployment, the line isn't being cleaned, portion sizes are inconsistent, and there are no proper checks on the grill or in the dining room. The dining area was messy, the food was overcooked and improperly plated, leading to an overall disappointing experience. While the staff appeared to be in decent spirits, they seemed more focused on socializing with each other than on their work. A facility assessment and a visit from a team leader are definitely needed.
