Outback Steakhouse Sandusky

Visited sandusky oh location amanda was very friendly made the experience very beautiful. service was fast eating was great!

We called in and sat right away. the waiter was attentive. that was the only positive experience of this trip. we settled at 6:15 o'clock, ordered our food at 6:20 and at 7:15 some of our food came out. my rib eyes came well made, medium was rarely ordered. the steak itself was less than 1/4” thick and the kartoffels smeared as if they were sitting under the heat lamp for hours. our sons eating came half finished and we were told that his pommes were still in the frit. he was freezing. around 7:25 he hadn't had any fries yet. hubs ordered medium-sized sirloin and grilled garnel, fresh vegetables and rice. He didn't even get his garnel and his sirloin was so carburized that it looked like a hockey puck. we will not be back soon. Yes, they have composed our whole meal, which was left all the unleashed on the table. even our waiter said he wasn't happy if he were us.

Our steaks were seasoned and cooked for perfection. drinks were delicious and our waitress amanda was probably the best we had there. very friendly and efficient, although she had a few very big tables!

We went on a little whim to the outback. it wasn't long there. we sat fast and the hostess brought us brot. kara was amazing! she worked very hard and was johnny before place with everything. the pace was perfect, and she was charming. the food was delicious! I'm going back to the finals.

Jocelyn is our absolute favorite waitress at Outback in Sandusky, Ohio. She was so nice to us and such a great server the first time we came here that we ask for her every single time now. She is so sweet and has so many wonderful qualities. She makes dining absolutely wonderful and we truly believe that she's a wonderful asset to your company. We'll give her 5 stars all day everyday..
