The staff would not allow me to walk in and order a quesadilla. I had to sit in the store and order it online. If that is company policy it needs to be reviewed. Just ridiculous.
Cussed out by the “GM” when I complained about Clair’s unprofessional and rude behavior. Avoid at all costs!They do not care or want you to have a decent experience. Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to.
