I ordered two sets of wings—one Buffalo and one garlic parmesan—but both were overcooked and lacked any sauce. I also ordered a burger and fries, which were served cold. I requested some condiments, but they never arrived. Overall, it was a bad experience all around, and I don't plan on returning anytime soon.

They promised to refund me with a gift card. Today, I received a business card offering a free lunch or dinner, but only up to $10, while my meal cost nearly $20. Given this experience, I'm planning to escalate my concerns to corporate if this is how they choose to address poor service. I would be lucky to find a sandwich on their menu for less than $10. This response feels rude and dismissive, especially after I pointed out their mistakes. It's incredibly unprofessional.

After several vis... read more I ordered a few steaks, and when they get it right, their grilling and meals are fantastic. However, their inconsistency is quite frustrating! After several visits to the Sandusky location, one of my steaks was mishandled. When I went back to address the issue, the cook in the kitchen denied there was a mistake. After showing them my steak, they set my sides aside for 20 minutes while they recooked the steak, only to overcook it completely. It was extremely well done and dried out. Honestly, I would have preferred to keep the original steak with its imperfections. The second steak was ruined as well, and by the time I got my side items back, they were cold. After avoiding Applebee's for 15 years due to past inconsistencies, I can confidently say I will never return again.
