This is a very cosy café with outstanding views. When we went it was very busy but the staff went out of their way to be helpful and did their best to accommodate our every need. The food was excellent and the coffee was perfect. We had a delightful lunch overlooking the water. We sat on the lounges, ate and drank our coffee. A great way to spend the afternoon on the weekend. Ok, so we DO know coffee. My partner is after all an ace barrista herself. Ordered two picolos; a fairly straightforward request. They were soooo bitter that they evoked an involuntary shudder and cats bum pout.We don't do it often, but had to send them back. The waitress politely obliged and the barrista (who incidentally looked like he'd rip the face off anyone that DID try to kiss him), took another crack. This gu... View all feedback.

He again managed to transform what we assume were perfectly good coffee beans and water into battery acid.Honestly, I wouldn't...
Nice atmosphere. Good coffee Large size breakfast Best when sun is at the tables Good food and nice people
We had coffee here but were told we could not use the toilets because they were "broken". However, once the race was over they were able to be opened. The reasonable tasting coffee left a sour taste in our mouths after that as they did the same thing last year despite many of us having lunch their afterwards. If they don't want us to use the facilities because there are so many of us then they shouldn't be taking our money/business. Don't think you can expect to have it both ways!

This is a pretty busy place - especially on a Sunday morning. We were very lucky to firstly find a park right there and then arrive just when a table became free. We both ordered the usual breakfast which was really nice and the coffee was also nice. It was lovely to sit outside and watch the sailing and once breakfast was finished, take a walk along the waterfront. If i lived nearby, I would probably become a regular.
