I had been looking for an almond croissant that rivals Paris for years, and this does it. Was so happy when they opened. Just realized I had never reviewed it. Great people, pastries, breads, coffees, etc. .

Best croissant I have had in a long time. There are also very good sandwiches with the freshest ingredients and it really shows in the flavor and appearance. Also location is amazing for appreciating beautiful downtown Sandpoint!

During our trip to Portland, we made a pit stop in Sandpoint and stumbled upon the Bluebird restaurant. The sandwiches were generously sized, so make sure you come hungry. They were made with fresh ingredients and packed with delicious flavors. I highly recommend checking out this spot if you're in the area.

On a Sunday morning this place was packed! The people were nice and the cinnamon rolls were off the hook. The coffee was okay, not my favorite, but not bad at all. My latte was not quite as sweet as I normally like it but at least it wasn't bitter. There were a few places that were a little awkward to sit because it felt like you were right in the middle of the waiting line. They had a whole case of other amazing looking pastries, they also had housemate bread. We bought a loaf of sourdough. Looking forward to trying that later this week. Definitely want to have your Patience on as we were done with our cinnamon roll before our coffees were ready.
