Feedback
Was Nadine Norman at Tx Bbq a mag?
The overall vibe of the place is very basic, which could be excusable if the food was good. The waitress and Raul were exceptionally kind and efficient, but despite their efforts, I still recommend saving your money and looking elsewhere. By the way, they have a BYOB sign out front, and they are conveniently located next to a gas station if you need to fill up. View all feedback.
What Elissa G dislikes about Tx Bbq:
We used to really enjoy this restaurant, but our recent visit was disappointing. The food was terrible and way overpriced. The high chair was so dirty that I had to clean it using soap and paper towels from the restroom. The service was also unfriendly; I didn’t see the server smile once. My bill came to $41, which included a brisket salad with just lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and brisket, a side of cold French fries... View all feedback.
This restaurant has a charming atmosphere reminiscent of a classic BBQ joint. The service is quick and efficient. The brisket was incredibly tender and juicy, which is impressive for such a lean cut of meat. They offer BBQ by the pound, BBQ sandwiches, and a variety of entrees.
The restaurant is under new management, and I highly suggest giving it a try. You'll find friendly service and a dedicated staff here. I recommend the chopped brisket sandwich or the sliced brisket served with pickles and onions. You can even add sausage if you'd like! The fries are consistently well-seasoned and crispy, which I really enjoy.

My bill came to $41, which included a brisket salad with just lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and brisket, a side of cold French fries that the kids refused to eat, a decent order of onion rings, a fried chicken sandwich, and two teas. I would recommend saving your money and going somewhere else.
