Starbucks - San Ramon

I misunderstood the name and my order. I requested less caramel sauce, but they ended up adding extra instead. I didn't notice until it was too late. It was a waste of both time and money.

As the store reopens, it feels like things are returning to their usual bustling atmosphere. Despite this, the staff continues to be friendly and remembers our names. It’s like visiting home, but with delicious coffee drinks.

I had a disappointing experience with the service, particularly from an older woman with a pompadour hairstyle. She was unfriendly, didn't make eye contact when taking my order, and didn't thank me. I think she could benefit from some additional customer service training.

By far the worst and slowest Starbucks EVER! I WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN! Spent 30 mins on a watered down drink after being served after 10ppl in line behind me, absolutely unacceptable

I have been going to this place frequently for the past three years. I go there to read or work. And I always look forward to visiting this place because of their drinks, staff, and the atmosphere. The staff there is really what has me going to this place every time. Their customer service is phenomenal. They are so sweet, friendly, and always working very hard. They genuinely care for their customers. Their drinks always taste great. This place is always clean. They have nice indoor and outdoor seating. In short, Alcosta Starbucks is amazing, and it always feels like home.
