What Flavie Murazik doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
Last year while visiting the area we got dinner here Why was it $20.00 more than other el polo loco We would go the chain in So Cal and never got robbed like the San Rafael store. We won?t be back!! The chicken was also burnt and the employees said that?s the was it is, maybe they should go work at another store and see how they do chicken. View all feedback. What Buster Bayer likes about El Pollo Loco:
A few days ago, I had recently buried my dog. While waiting for my meal at the restaurant, another family walked in. To my surprise, a little girl was holding the same stuffed animal that I had buried my dog with. I couldn't believe the coincidence. I took it as a sign from above and as a result, my experience at the restaurant was truly amazing. View all feedback.

read moreAt this restaurant, diners experience a mix of highs and lows. While some appreciate the affordable options and flavorful tortilla soup, others bemoan the inflated prices and subpar chicken quality. Reports of inconsistent service prevail, with customer experiences ranging from confusion over online orders to staff appearing disengaged. However, moments of serendipity, like a comforting coincidence for one patron, offer a silver lining amidst the complaints. Overall, the location’s potential is overshadowed by a need for better service and food preparation, prompting some to seek alternatives or simply caution against expectations for value and quality.
