Tenkyu was disappointing. I can’t figure out the the discrepancy between our experience in person and these reviews, but it was one of the least enjoyable meals we’ve had in years haphazard and low quality; the chefs choice sashimi we ordered was smoked salmon and boiled shrimp with some white fish for $40; would not recommend. Easy to order take out on a Saturday night. Was offered (and accepted) delicious green tea while I waited!

Can’t quite figure it out as I look at the online pictures and reviews… maybe a remarkably bad night? Or distribution issues? No idea but I’d proceed with caution here.
