What Kat K doesn't like about United Paleteria Y Neveria:
2/3 times the tequila ice cream was expired it had a bitter nasty taste, I asked for the chicharrón preparado to go! Me lo echaron en una bolsa all mixed with cheese mayo gross, Bad customer service too, rude bitter.
The lady prepping was lazy, she only cut my fruit into overly large Chunks and didn’t even core the apple. So I had to pick out seeds as I was eating. Too bad because the ice cream is good but the service is lacking
Ice cream was fresh and taste amazing! Customer service was great as well. Will be back to try more!

Ice cream is so on point all the time. Love their rocky road the marshmallows are just right.
